Our MCIA board is meeting with members at job sites at the request of the Office of the Mayor to gather information about cost savings and cost recovery to help balance the City’s budget. The topics of our job site meetings include the Mayor’s request to encourage MCIA members to take voluntary furlough days; methods to improve our job efficiency; and full cost recovery for City operations.
